How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but we totally understand. We've made canceling your membership very easy.If you are subscribed directly through our membership website:

If you are subscribed directly through our membership website:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Click on Billing

3. Select Change Plan

4. Click on Cancel Membership

If you are subscribed through the app and pay through a third party:

You can cancel your subscription in the subscription management area of whichever third party your subscription is through (Apple, Google Play Store, Roku or Amazon). 

You will NOT see an option to cancel on your Dashboard on the membership website if you are subscribed through the app.

Please note, we do not have any control over in-app purchases. When you subscribe directly through the app, your subscription and payment is with one of these third parties, we are not able to cancel it for you or issue any refunds. You can contact the App Store, Play Store, Roku, or FireTV for a refund if needed. 

How do I change my account information?

From the Website

To change your password, email address, billing information, or membership plan, log onto the website at and click on Dashboard.

In the Dashboard you can change:

  • email address
  • name
  • password
  • payment method on file
  • active subscription plan (monthly, annual, or cancel membership)
  • payment history

From the App

Tap on the Gear icon, tap on Billing, tap on Manage my Subscription. This will prompt you to log in on a browser. Open the dashboard on a mobile device by tapping the little menu icon (three stacked lines in the black heading).
